Shipping Conditions
The delivery of goods is worldwide, except for Switzerland.
Shipping Costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €3.90 per order.
We offer free shipping on orders over €39.00.
International deliveries:
We charge flat shipping rates for international deliveries as follows:
European Union countries: €4.99
United Kingdom: €38.90
We offer free international shipping on orders over €69.00.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 1-3 days after conclusion of the contract, and within 3-5 days for international deliveries after conclusion of the contract (with agreed prepayment after the time of your payment).
Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
